In the first three quarters of 2021, my country's industrial textile industry has returned to normal operation from the rapid growth in 2020. Affected by the high base in the same period in 2020, the industrial added value of enterprises above designated size in my country's industrial textile industry continued to decline from January to September 2021, with a decline of 21.0%, but the two-year average growth rate still reached 12.3%.

In terms of production, the output of non-woven fabrics of enterprises above designated size reached 4,476,400 tons from January to September, a year-on-year decrease of 1.01%; the output of cord fabrics was 611,700 tons, a year-on-year increase of 29.71%.

In terms of economic benefits, from January to September, the operating income of enterprises above designated size in the industrial textile industry decreased by 14.74% year-on-year, with an average growth rate of 10.78% in the two years, and total profit decreased by 63.78% year-on-year, with an average growth rate of 14.12% over the two years, and an operating profit rate of 5.25%. , A year-on-year decrease of 7.11 percentage points. In terms of different areas, the operating income and total profit of the non-woven fabric industry decreased by 23.94% and 74.69%, respectively, and the operating profit rate was 5.13%, a decrease of 10.29 percentage points from the same period of the previous year; the operating income and total profit of the rope, cable and cable industries Year-on-year growth of 11.43% and 7.87%, respectively, operating profit ratio of 4.15%, a year-on-year decrease of 0.14 percentage points; textile belts and cord fabric market development momentum is good, operating income and total profit increased by 21.19% and 99.46% respectively year-on-year, operating profit margin Reached 5.49%, an increase of 2.15 percentage points year-on-year; the operating income and total profit of awnings and canvas increased by 26.06% and 22.49% year-on-year, respectively. The operating profit rate of 5.88% was the highest in the industry; other industries where medical care, filtration, and geotextiles are located The operating income and total profit of textiles fell by 24.56% and 66.46%, respectively, and the operating profit rate was 5.39%, a year-on-year decrease of 6.73 percentage points.

As for listed companies, the operating income of 31 industry listed companies in the third quarter fell by 1.15% year-on-year, and their total profits fell by 33.59% year-on-year. Among them, listed companies in the automotive textiles and filter textiles fields enjoyed a good development momentum.

In terms of international trade, from the perspective of the main export products of the industry, exports of non-woven fabrics, special yarns, threads, ropes, cables, cables and their products (products in Chapter 56 of the Comprehensive Customs Classification of Commodities) valued at 6.230 billion US dollars from January to September. A year-on-year increase of 6.91%, of which the export of non-woven fabrics was US$3.434 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 4.52%, and the export volume was 1.0475 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.06%; the export value of industrial textiles (products in Chapter 59 of the Comprehensive Customs Commodity Classification) was US$6.655 billion. A year-on-year increase of 39.74%. In terms of the export of epidemic prevention materials, the export of chemical fiber nonwoven protective clothing (including medical protective clothing) was US$1.911 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 79.81%; the export of unlisted textile products (including masks) was US$9.908 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 79.42%. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, my country has provided about 350 billion masks and more than 4 billion protective clothing to the international community.

At present, the global epidemic situation is still in a tense situation, and the domestic epidemic situation is also showing a trend of spreading at multiple points. In addition, the "power curtailment and production restriction" in some areas of the country, the continuous increase in the price of the main raw materials in the industry, and the high international shipping prices are affected by adverse factors. Enterprises in the textile industry will still face greater operating pressure. Entering the fourth quarter, due to the continuous impact of the base effect, it is expected that the main economic indicators in the field of epidemic prevention materials in the industrial textile industry will remain in the decline range, and the economic quality and efficiency of the non-epidemic materials field will continue to improve; the industry's production growth rate will enter Descending channel; the export of anti-epidemic materials such as masks and protective clothing will continue to decline, and the export of non-epidemic materials will maintain a good growth momentum.
